Upon receiving your order, take 7 days to inspect your sink. If you are not 100% completely in love with your new Lavello sink, simply call us at 888-640-3950 and tell one of our representatives that would like to return your sink. We’ll promptly set up a time for Fedex to pick up the sink from you, and once we receive the sink back at our warehouse, an instant and cheerful refund will be given, no questions asked, no hard feelings.

Please remember, this request must be made within those first 7 days in order to receive a full refund.
