Shipping Policy
Most of our sinks ship within 24 hours of payment, and we typically ship FedEx Ground. Shipments to Canada are shipped with DHL International Express. All sink shipments are insured for your protection.
Return Policy
We want you to not just be happy, but thrilled with your new Lavello Stainless Steel Apron Sink or Undermount Sink. If you are not happy with your sink, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your sink, and we will happy to either send you a replacement sink, or issue a refund.
Payment Policy
Payment is handled through PayPal and Google checkout, or through another authorize payment processing vendor and is always secure. We connect to PayPal and Google checkout securely, and cannot provide further guarantee once you're off our website of protection of your personal information. However, PayPal and Google checkout may offer protection, as per their terms and guarantees listed on their own websites. Additional charges for shipping will be processed via PayPal or Google checkout, during checkout, and you can see what those are at that time.
For any credit cards taken without a third party, these are processed securely using a trusted payment processor, and we take every emasure we can to ensure your security, however, the final responsibility to ensure that your credit card remains safe is up to you. Please do make sure that you never enter your credit card or other sensitive information into any part of our store that is not secure, such as the contact form or the customer order notes.
